A booking or service arrangement is confirmed only when Guided Odyssey provides written confirmation and all required agreements, payments, or other conditions have been completed.

Event dates, schedules, availability, rules, access requirements, and other information are controlled by the applicable organizers and may change independently of Guided Odyssey.

Users should confirm important event details directly with the relevant organizer.
